RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us before mailing your frames back as all frames are not eligible for an exchange or refund. All purchases must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unworn, scratch-free and in resalable condition with all items ( cases, booklets, tags and cloths). Our return processing center will exchange frames as long as they meet company requirements.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on all products due to limited quantity or demands. If you'd like an exchange, please contact us.
Eyeglasses with a prescription or special tinting cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale. If approved, please allow up to (15) business days for processing. Returns will be refunded to original source of payment.
Please contact us withing (5) days of original purchase for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number If approved. Processing time may vary up to (15) business days. Depending on how you paid for your order and where you live, shipping time may vary. Please keep in mind that PayPal refunds may take additional processing time.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Mailing back your frames is easy. Find your Order # displayed on your receipt, then follow the instructions for a return or exchange. For more information please contact our customer service center email@example.com
You are responsible to place all items that were originally sent to you in its original packaging. It may take up to 15 business days to process a return, after being received by our return processing center. Remember, your package must be post-marked within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method ( Refunds can not be sent to another card ).

Returning customized products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned, examples are :

Frames with Prescription lenses
Lenses that have special shapes ( Non-Traditional shapes )
